Our luminous rooms were quite all renovated and newly refurbished during last January 2002, now tastefully decorated in typical Venetian style (flowered wood furniture, lacquered in light colors from pale blue to yellow or green) or classic walnut wooden furniture.

Most of them are very large and bright as they have a great exposure to the sun.. On request, you may have a room with a small terrace or a balcony with a delightful view over the street -its very nice boutiques and two canals at your left and your right. It is a pleasure to rest under the sun after having walked for hours, directly in the room you reserved...

We have rooms with private bathroom and rooms with the shower and toilets on the floor to be shared with two other rooms. Every room has at least a bidet and a washbasin and is provided with towels.

Breakfast can be served directly in the bedroom if our guests wish so, or in the Breakfast room located on the ground floor and open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.. We offer, already included in the room rate, coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, together with croissants, bread, butter and compotes. Orange juice, corn flakes and yogurt are on request at extra cost.
